Your main Synastry account
Synastry web is available internationally to adults age 18 and over, subject to applicable law and service-provider availability. It uses the same production Synastry account and private birth profile as the main app. Saving a profile here changes that profile in the app. Deleting the account affects the main app account too. Synastry Staging is a separate testing environment. Web features include birth charts, transits and public-figure comparisons. Native-app features will be available with the app’s release.
Information used for your chart
We process your account identifier, enabled sign-in provider, available email and verification status, account-holder age eligibility, the full birth name (including reviewed first, middle and last names), date, time, selected place, derived coordinates, time zone and resolved birth instant used for your chart, and celebrity favorites you choose to save. A chart subject’s birth date is not proof of the account holder’s age. Do not submit another private person’s information without permission.
Sign-in and security
Firebase Authentication processes account sign-in. Google’s reCAPTCHA Enterprise and Firebase App Check process browser, device and security signals to help prevent abuse. If phone sign-in is enabled, Google processes the supplied phone number for authentication and abuse prevention. Sign-in provider cookies are controlled by the provider. Chart access also requires adult eligibility, an unrestricted account and acceptance of the current web terms and privacy acknowledgment.
Calculation and storage
The website and protected Google Cloud calculator process birth details to calculate charts using Swiss Ephemeris. Calculator application code does not intentionally log or store chart requests or responses. Choosing Save updates your private Firebase profile. Sign-in uses browser session storage so it survives refreshes and navigation within the tab. Chart state remains in memory and persistent offline Firestore storage is disabled. Signing out clears the sign-in session; closing the tab normally ends it, although browser session-restore features may restore a previously closed session. These actions do not delete saved account records or favorites. City search uses an adapted GeoNames index hosted with the website; search text is not sent to GeoNames.
Access and service providers
Web chart calculation requires account ownership, trusted adult eligibility, acceptance of the current web documents, an unrestricted account and browser security checks. Sableon uses its website hosting service, Firebase and Google Cloud to operate the service. We do not sell private chart inputs or use them for advertising. Public-figure birth data comes from Wikidata (CC0). These community-maintained records can contain errors; each record links to its source. Birth times are unknown unless expressly documented. Public celebrity profiles and their sourced birth information can be viewed, indexed by search engines and shared without an account. Date-based planetary ranges omit houses and Ascendants. Your own profile and favorites remain private; comparisons are calculated in your browser and are not included in public celebrity share links.
Retention and deletion
We retain your saved account information while it is needed to provide your account, until you correct it or request deletion. Chart usage counters become eligible for automatic deletion two days after their last reservation. Generated exports are available for seven days; each download link lasts at most fifteen minutes. An hourly worker removes expired export files, and failed cleanup is retried. The export bucket has no object versions or soft-delete recovery copies. Expiration alone is not confirmation of physical deletion. Operational Google Cloud logs are retained for thirty days; required administrative and access-transparency audit logs are retained for four hundred days. Infrastructure logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, user agents and response status. Hosting/provider backups and independent email copies are not erased immediately by an account request. We retain support and privacy-request records only as needed to resolve the request, document its handling, address a dispute or meet a specific legal obligation; unnecessary working copies are removed when that purpose ends. Contact us about records outside the app, including email or marketing submissions.
Export, correction and account deletion
Account controls request export, correction and deletion through the main Synastry account backend. Some actions require recent sign-in. Apple-linked deletion requires renewed Apple authorization and revocation. An accepted request can remain pending while cleanup completes; it is not a confirmation of permanent deletion. Contact grayson@sableon.io for request status or help. Marketing signup and contact submissions are separate records and should be identified when relevant to your request.
International privacy rights
We use account and birth information to provide the service you request, security information to protect accounts and prevent abuse, and required records to meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent for optional processing, we request it separately. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or receive your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw optional consent, and complain to your data-protection authority. Contact grayson@sableon.io to exercise a right or ask about safeguards for international processing. Requests are assessed under the law that applies to you. Your use of the service does not waive statutory privacy or consumer rights.
Effective date and help
Effective September 6, 2026 for the public web service. Apple, Google and email/password sign-in are offered; phone sign-in is not offered in this release. The service is operated in the United States and service providers may process information in other locations where they operate. Grayson Thomas handles support and privacy requests and checks the listed contact addresses daily. This is not an emergency service. You can request access, correction or deletion through the account controls or contact us if you cannot sign in. We may need to verify account control before acting on a request. This notice supplements the separate marketing-site notice and does not replace native-app terms.
