Acceptable Use Policy

Adults only · age and identity

Synastry is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use the service if you are under 18, misrepresent your age or identity, impersonate another person, or help someone bypass eligibility, identity verification, a block, or an account restriction. Follow the laws that apply where you use Synastry.

No trafficking, exploitation, or abuse

Human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, and non-consensual sexual activity are prohibited. You must not aid, abet, encourage, promote, recruit for, arrange, or otherwise facilitate these acts or any other form of abuse.

• No child sexual exploitation or abuse, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or content that sexualizes minors. These rules also apply to generated, altered, or simulated material.
• No coercion, threats, sextortion, forced sexual services, or facilitation of sexual violence. Do not seek, share, sell, or threaten to share intimate content without the depicted person’s consent, including synthetic or manipulated intimate content.
• No sexually explicit profile content, pornography, sexual nudity, or solicitation, advertising, or arrangement of sexual services for payment or other compensation.

No harassment or harmful conduct

Respect other people’s consent, privacy, and boundaries. Do not threaten, stalk, bully, harass, dox, or incite violence against anyone. Hate or dehumanizing abuse targeting protected characteristics is prohibited. Do not continue unwanted contact, evade a block, or pressure someone to provide images, personal information, money, or sexual activity.

No scams, fraud, or deceptive activity

Do not use Synastry for romance scams, financial or investment scams, phishing, money laundering, extortion, fraudulent fundraising, or any activity intended to defraud end-users. Do not request money or gifts through deceptive relationships, create fake identities, impersonate support staff, or mislead people about a product, affiliation, or outcome.

• Unsolicited advertising, bulk messages, spam, and deceptive account automation are prohibited.
• Do not present an astrology, numerology, tarot, or other symbolic reading as proof of someone’s consent, safety, health, financial prospects, or a guaranteed future result.

Respect personal information and content rights

Only submit content and personal information you are entitled to use for the relevant feature. Obtain permission where required, including for another person’s private birth details, photographs, or palm images. Do not publish someone’s private contact information, identity documents, intimate material, or other confidential information without authorization. Respect copyright, trademarks, and other rights.

Protect the service

Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, compromise accounts, disrupt the service, or bypass security, access controls, payment requirements, verification, or rate limits. Unauthorized scraping, harvesting of user profiles or private information, and automated abuse of messaging or discovery are prohibited. Report security concerns responsibly without accessing other people’s data or disrupting service.

Report a concern

Use the report or block controls where available, or contact support@synastry.my with the relevant account reference, public URL, and a brief description. For security vulnerabilities, contact security@synastry.my. For privacy requests, contact grayson@sableon.io.

Do not attach identity documents, intimate images, or suspected child sexual abuse material to ordinary email. Report the location of prohibited material rather than downloading or forwarding it. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Synastry is not an emergency service.

Enforcement and review

Depending on the circumstances, Sableon LLC may investigate reports, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other action permitted by the applicable terms and law. We may preserve information or respond to valid legal requests as required or permitted by law and the applicable privacy notice. This policy does not mean every item of content is reviewed in advance or that any user has been guaranteed safe.

To request review of an enforcement decision, contact support@synastry.my with the account reference and relevant context. Do not create another account to evade a restriction.

How this policy applies

This policy supplements the terms and privacy notice applicable to the service you use. Feature availability varies. Future changes will be posted here with an updated publication date.
