These terms apply to Synastry’s marketing pages, optional early-access form and related website use. Web accounts and chart features are governed by the separate current Web Terms, available in English. Mobile app availability and its terms are separate.

Planned features, release dates, prices, screenshots, and store availability are informational and may change. An early-access request does not guarantee access or create a Synastry account.

Astrology and safety disclaimer

Astrology content is offered for entertainment, education, and personal reflection. It is not a factual prediction, scientific diagnosis, or guarantee of personality, compatibility, relationship outcomes, travel, or relocation outcomes.

Do not rely on this website as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, immigration, housing, employment, climate, emergency, or safety advice, or as the sole basis for an urgent or high-stakes decision. Synastry is not an emergency service.

Acceptable use

You may view the website for lawful personal purposes. You may not:

• Attack, disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
• Introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the site for fraud, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful profiling.
• Use automated collection in a manner that burdens the service, defeats technical controls, or violates applicable law.
• Copy or commercialize Synastry branding, interface, artwork, or original content except as law expressly permits.

Ownership and third parties

Synastry’s brand, interface, software, artwork, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable permission to view the public website for personal use; no ownership is transferred.

Links to email, app stores, or third-party services leave Synastry and are governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party destination we do not control.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw the website or any previewed feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or a particular launch date.

Changes and future services

We may update these terms when the website changes. Material updates will show a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use, where permitted by law.

The mobile app, chart portal, dating features, subscriptions, payments, identity verification, and AI features will have additional terms and consent flows before activation. Translated versions are provided for accessibility; the English version controls where law permits.

Early-access requests

The early-access form is optional and restricted to people age 18 or older. Submitting it does not create a Synastry account, reserve a username, guarantee admission, establish a dating profile, or promise a launch date in your market.

Use an email address you are authorized to use and provide accurate confirmation. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may reject, suppress, or remove duplicate, automated, abusive, or unlawful requests.
