Birth data deserves restraint.
This notice explains what the public marketing website processes today. It does not cover the mobile app or the future account portal, which will receive updated notices before activation.
Scope and current website
This notice covers the public website at synastry.my, currently operated by Grayson Thomas under the Synastry name in the United States. If operations transfer to a legal entity, this notice will identify the new operator.
This website currently provides product information only. It does not offer account creation, chart submission, dating profiles, messaging, payments, subscriptions, identity verification, or AI features. The mobile app and future web account portal will have additional privacy disclosures before those services become publicly available.
Information processed today
When you visit, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, network events, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the website. Strictly necessary storage may be used for security or access controls.
If you choose “Allow analytics,” Synastry records first-party, cookieless events for landing-page views, hostname-only referral sources, campaign labels you arrived with, locale, and app-store or beta-request interest. These events do not include a persistent visitor identifier, full referring URL, email address, birth information, profile information, or payment information. A device-local preference remembers whether you allowed or declined analytics, and you can reopen Analytics choices in the footer at any time.
If you email support@synastry.my, privacy@synastry.my, or security@synastry.my, we receive the address you use and the information you choose to include. Do not send birth information, identity documents, payment information, or urgent medical or safety information by email.
Purposes and legal bases
We use technical information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults, maintain security, and comply with law. We use messages to answer the request, maintain an appropriate support record, and protect Synastry and its visitors.
When you consent to optional analytics, we use the resulting aggregate events to understand which channels introduce visitors to Synastry and whether visitors select an app-store or beta-request action. We do not treat a store-button selection as proof of an install or purchase.
Where EEA or UK law applies, these activities rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing an informational website, steps taken at your request when you contact us, consent where specifically requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
Providers, transfers, and advertising
The website uses OpenAI Sites and its underlying hosting and security infrastructure. Domain email may be forwarded by Porkbun and delivered to a Google-hosted mailbox. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards.
We do not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, optional analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking on this website. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
Infrastructure events are retained according to provider settings and only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. Support messages may be retained while needed to answer the request, maintain an appropriate support record, protect Synastry and its visitors, resolve disputes, or comply with law. You may request deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
We use encrypted transport, restrictive browser policies, minimized integrations, access controls, and release gates. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive information associated with an email inquiry, or object to certain processing, by emailing privacy@synastry.my. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. Because this site does not sell, share for behavioral advertising, or use targeted-advertising data, Global Privacy Control and similar opt-out signals do not change the current website experience.
Adults, changes, and contact
Synastry and its planned services are intended for adults age 18 and older. This informational website does not age-verify passive visitors. If you are under 18, do not send us personal information. We will update this notice before the website accepts accounts, birth or chart data, payments, or identity information. Material changes will receive a new effective date and any additional notice required by law.
