Where to send a request
Send requests from an official agency email address to grayson@sableon.io. Use the subject “Law enforcement request — Synastry” and include your agency and case reference.
This is an intake contact, not an emergency dispatch service or a 24-hour response line. Email receipt does not establish valid service of legal process, acceptance of jurisdiction, or an agreement to disclose information.
What to include
- Your full name, title, agency, official email, independently verifiable telephone number, jurisdiction and case reference.
- The legal basis for the request and a complete copy of the applicable subpoena, court order, warrant or other legal process, including the issuing authority, signature and any disclosure restrictions.
- Specific account identifiers, such as a Synastry account reference, known account email or relevant profile URL. A display name alone may not identify an account reliably.
- The exact records requested, their relevance, a narrowly defined date range with time zone, and any legally applicable deadline.
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, unrelated personal records, identity-document images, intimate images or suspected child sexual abuse material in ordinary email. Describe the relevant material and its location instead.
How requests are reviewed
We verify the requester’s authority and assess the legal validity, jurisdiction and scope of each request. We may seek clarification, require appropriate legal process, consult counsel, or object to requests that are invalid, overbroad or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law. International requests may require an applicable cross-border legal process.
Information is disclosed only when legally required or otherwise permitted under applicable law and the relevant privacy notice, and limited to the appropriate scope. A request does not guarantee that the requested records exist, remain available, or are held by Sableon. We cannot provide records we do not possess or control. Records held independently by another provider may require a request to that provider.
Requests to preserve records
Clearly label a preservation request and specify its legal basis, the account identifiers, record categories, date range, required preservation period and case reference. We assess preservation obligations under applicable law separately from any request to disclose records.
Preservation is limited to records available and subject to the applicable obligation. It does not authorize disclosure, recover information already deleted, or establish an ongoing surveillance feed. Do not assume preservation has occurred merely because an email was sent; request confirmation and identify any applicable deadline or extension.
Emergency disclosure requests
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services first. Do not rely on Synastry email for an immediate response.
Authorized officials may use the subject “Emergency disclosure request — Synastry” when a situation involves imminent danger of death or serious physical injury. Include the nature and immediacy of the danger, the relevant account identifiers, the specific information needed and why, why ordinary legal process cannot be obtained in time, and a directly reachable official callback number.
We assess the circumstances and applicable legal authority before any emergency disclosure. An emergency label alone does not authorize access. Availability and response times are not guaranteed.
Privacy, notification and secure handling
We assess any user-notification requirement and any lawful prohibition or restriction on notification. Include the legal authority and duration of any requested nondisclosure; a request for secrecy alone does not determine that assessment.
Any necessary transfer of sensitive records is coordinated through an appropriate secure method after verifying the recipient. Our web privacy notice and the notice applicable to the service describe relevant information handling. These protocols do not expand data collection, create a blanket retention period, or replace applicable law.
Reporting a concern as a member of the public
Use the in-product report and block controls where available, or contact support@synastry.my. Security vulnerabilities can be reported to security@synastry.my. You do not need to obtain legal process to report abuse.
Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits trafficking, exploitation, abuse and fraud. Reports may lead to investigation, content restrictions, account action or referral to competent authorities as appropriate and as required or permitted by law. For suspected child sexual exploitation, Sableon will assess and fulfill any reporting obligations imposed by applicable law.
