Underground sleeping pods in a future city

i had a dream that i was this girl living in a big city somewhere in the near future, the KEY part of this dream is that she was on the phone with her friend talking about how this guy she knew got his car taken away on his birthday by some people (aka the government). he had an electric vehicle and they basically made the point that he didn’t need it and deprived him of it. then it cut to a part of the dream where the hood was literally rioting up, blowing up cars and whatnot. like definitely something she wanted to avoid in the dream. it finally cut to this part where the girl and her boyfriend were walking down this new, guarded concrete path at night towards what seemed to be a building. they stopped on this little pavilion type opening in front of it and stepped onto some raised circular pieces in the concrete, all for these pods to literally come out of the ground for them to step in. they ended up being like sleeping tubes or cryochambers that they were staying in for the night, they shut tight and literally took them underground. i just remember feeling very scared in it bc you had no control over the pod and it could literally just kill you if you don’t get let out.
