Dream report 6808921

In my dream I was the only one in my apartment and I was loading the dishwasher and just straightening up and getting things ready for my birthday party, I heard my roommates door shut and I was walking down the hall to see why she was home so early when I seen her door was open. I figured I just imagined and so I decided to take a break and take a nap but Id lay in the living room so I didnt sleep for very long and as soon as I closed my eyes someone was standing over me and strangling me and I couldnt breathe and I went to look at them and I woke up. When I feel back asleep I dreamed that I was a swing at this playground my grandpa used to take me to when I was little. He was there sitting on the bench just smiling and feeding the birds and I went to get down from the swing and I had to hop off cause I couldnt reach the ground. When I got to grandpa he grabbed my hand and we went for a walk and as we walked he talked about things that scared me and how he was always there and all I had to do was ask for his help and he'd help me through it all, he talked about missing my Nana and about how they met and about my grandma. After walking for awhile I noticed his arm was kind of bent due to holding my hand cause i was no longer the little girl I was back to being 22 and he kissed my head and said loving you sunshine to the moon and the stars and I woke up for the second time.
