I was supposed to go to a different city with my mom, who is a lesbian, for dinner, but she invited my dad, who is remarried. They were trying to get back together and wanted to go to dinner without me. I was upset so I walked to my friend's apartment complex nearby. The friend and I were becoming intimate and another male friend, that I have a complicated relationship with, showed up and was throwing a fit.
