Ero insieme a dei colleghi e stavamo studiando le fasi di avvio di due programmi, stavamo cercando di ehm capire come migliorarli perché in entrambi i casi erano un po' lenti, un po' arzigogolati, e quindi eravamo lì che stavo facendo prove su prove e non riusciamo ad arrivare ad una conclusione valida, e eravamo un po' demoralizzati diciamo così. Studiavamo, provavamo, però niente, il risultato non arrivava, nel senso che non cambiava mai nulla, questi programmi partivano ma sempre con questi stessi problemi che non riuscivamo a risolvere.

Source researchers verified transcripts, redacted identifying names/places, pruned commentary and false starts/repetitions, normalized punctuation/spelling/regionalisms and spelled out numbers. No local prose edits, translation, trimming or new redaction; all released whitespace and [NAME]/[PLACE]/[INSTITUTION]/[MISS] markers retained.
