C'era un'apertura di un nuovo ristorante, e io venivo chiamato per sistemare i tavoli e le sedie prima dell'apertura. Mentre eravamo lì per organizzare, per sistemare i tavoli iniziavano ad arrivare subito i primi clienti e quindi ci siamo dovuti mettere anche a servire tavoli, a cucinare per cercare di soddisfare le loro richieste mentre il ristorante ancora non era aperto. Finito quello venivo chiamato nuovamente da un'altra parte, e andavo sempre in un altro ristorante, a risistemare tavoli e sedie e anche lì la stessa cosa, la gente arrivava mentre noi stavamo sistemando i mobili e anche lì dovevamo cominciare a servire ai tavoli per poter servire alle persone quello che chiedevano.

Source researchers verified transcripts, redacted identifying names/places, pruned commentary and false starts/repetitions, normalized punctuation/spelling/regionalisms and spelled out numbers. No local prose edits, translation, trimming or new redaction; all released whitespace and [NAME]/[PLACE]/[INSTITUTION]/[MISS] markers retained.
