Giravo il paese di sabato sera di notte con una carretta, un carretto pieno di cassette di pomodori maturi, e la gente che passava e mi vedeva diceva: "Bada che bei pomodori che c'hai", "eh c'ho da fare la passata di pomodoro", "ma quando la fai?" "eh ci vado ora". Però giravo e non arrivavo mai a casa con questa cassetta, con questo carretto pieno di pomodori, carretto che spingevo a mano ovviamente. Anzi le cassette mi cadevano e mi cadevano i pomodori e dovevo rimetterli a posto, però tutto un equilibrio molto instabile. Arrivo in una specie di hall di un albergo. Siamo tutti seduti, io con questi cassetti di pomodori che mi logoravo, che volevo iniziare a fare il lavoro e non potevo. E insieme a me c'era anche dei miei amici del militare. E insomma questa cosa... poi a un certo punto inizio a fare questa passata di pomodoro in mezzo a un campo. Però era tutto molto veloce, cambiava tutto molto repentinamente.

No local prose edits, translation, trimming or new redaction; all released whitespace and [NAME]/[PLACE]/[INSTITUTION]/[MISS] markers retained.
