Stavo facendo delle checklist e quindi c'era uno sfondo bianco luminoso, tipo, quasi da schermo illuminato di un tablet, così, in cui stavo scrivendo al computer e stavo facendo una sorta di manuale HCCP, quelli che si usano insomma per l'autocontrollo nelle aziende degli... in cui vengono trattati gli alimenti e in questo caso stavo registrando i maiali che entravano nel laboratorio di sezionamento, stavo segnando due maiali che entravano nel laboratorio di sezionamento, c'avevo sempre un po' a che fare con le checklist.

Source researchers verified transcripts, redacted identifying names/places, pruned commentary and false starts/repetitions, normalized punctuation/spelling/regionalisms and spelled out numbers. No local prose edits, translation, trimming or new redaction; all released whitespace and [NAME]/[PLACE]/[INSTITUTION]/[MISS] markers retained.
