Mi veniva in studio un paziente, un ragazzino sui quindici anni con la madre, questi venivano addirittura da Napoli per una sospetta emiplegia e mi sentivo molto in difficoltà perché sapevo già che avrei dovuto comunque rimandarli a qualcuno di più competenza sulla parte neurologica e quindi niente l’ho visitato che poi era una situazione anche molto particolare perché un ragazzino di quindici anni con un quadro di emiplegia molto sfumata e non aveva mai avuto una diagnosi, una situazione particolare, al che l’avevo visitato, ho fatto tutto il neurologico, effettivamente c’erano questi sfumatissimi segni di deficit da un lato e poi gli ho detto da chi dovevano andare per degli accertamenti più specifici.

No local prose edits, translation, trimming or new redaction; all released whitespace and [NAME]/[PLACE]/[INSTITUTION]/[MISS] markers retained.
