Ero andato in Belgio a fare un'audizione per cercare lavoro con un'orchestra sinfonica. Ho fatto l'audizione, è andata bene, ma loro non si erano decisi se assegnarmi un posto o no, quindi mi avrebbero chiamato qualora ne avessero avuto bisogno, o avrebbero anche potuto non chiamarmi. Erano le due e mezzo e io ero in Belgio e volevo ritornare a casa entro le tre per un torneo scacchistico. Pensavo che avrei avuto tempo se avessi avuto la macchina, ma non c'avevo la macchina. Ero venuto in treno. E [MISS] le mie speranze di prendere parte al torneo scacchistico se ne andavano, lo accettavo pian piano. Una sensazione, delusione, più che altro fatica psicologica. Un membro dell'orchestra mi diceva che avrei dovuto considerare anche le spese che mi sarebbero state necessarie per fare gli spostamenti all'Italia al Belgio, che avrei dovuto dichiarare all'Agenzia delle entrate, che l'Agenzia delle entrate avrebbe potuto chiedermi se non valeva la pena oppure se per guadagmarmi ventimila euro l'anno non fosse troppo poco per incorrere in tutte queste spese di viaggio.
