Mi trovavo in questo paesino. Giravo, non c'era nessuno, era un paesino come di montagna, molto grigio, molto fatiscente. Entravo in una casa e c'eran delle donne vestite di nero. E mi facevano mangiare come del latte, era qualcosa di buono, non avevo una cattiva sensazione. Parlavano costantemente a bassa voce. Era una sensazione strana. Non era né sgradevole né piacevole. Non delle migliori, però non era una sensazione né di spavento né di tristezza.

Source researchers verified transcripts, redacted identifying names/places, pruned commentary and false starts/repetitions, normalized punctuation/spelling/regionalisms and spelled out numbers. No local prose edits, translation, trimming or new redaction; all released whitespace and [NAME]/[PLACE]/[INSTITUTION]/[MISS] markers retained.
