Last night, I dreamt of being in a mysterious forest with a large, old house covered and surrounded by wildflowers. The sky had a warm, dusky glow, making the place feel both familiar and other worldly. I was with a woman about my age perhaps a friend though i couldn't place her exactly, we explored the rooms filled with antique furniture and walls lined with books and carvings. Other people dressed in old fashioned clothing moved around us, like silent figures in historical films. We seemed to be searching for something important, though I wasn't sure what. At one point, I looked in a dusty mirror and saw a slightly version of myself, which gave me an eerie unsettled feeling, as if someone was watching us. The dream ended with a sense of urgency, like we needed to leave quickly. I woke up feeling mix of curiosity and unease, with the dream's mysterious atmosphere lingering with me.

Source & context

An anonymous adult participant’s complete English self-report from the morning after the 2024 United States presidential election, released with the Livingston, Putnam and Wamsley study. One survey report remains one account even if it recalls several scenes. The report records the participant’s dream and recollection, not verified events or an editorial political position. Participant identifiers, political ratings, demographics, waking-memory responses and other survey fields are not included. This is published research material, not a Synastry community submission or a new contributor count.
