My dad was going on a flight, and he was packing for the airport. We were sitting in his bedroom at our old house, and he had his suitcase on the bed. I was also with my young brother. All three of us were significantly younger than our current ages. I was probably 7, my brother six, and my father mid 30s. My dad was telling us about his exciting work trip he was going on as he held up clothes for us to examine and pick out. My mom was cooking dinner in the kitchen, and I remember her wearing an apron. It was around the same time of year (November) and the weather was warm.
Source & context
An anonymous adult participant’s complete English self-report from the morning after the 2024 United States presidential election, released with the Livingston, Putnam and Wamsley study. One survey report remains one account even if it recalls several scenes. The report records the participant’s dream and recollection, not verified events or an editorial political position. Participant identifiers, political ratings, demographics, waking-memory responses and other survey fields are not included. This is published research material, not a Synastry community submission or a new contributor count.

The source study collected reports on the morning of 6 November 2024 about the preceding night. Exact participant timestamps and identifiers are excluded. The repository/article year is not a personal dream dateline.
The original researchers publicly released the anonymous source CSV in their CC BY 4.0 OSF project. The primary article records Furman University IRB approval and written participant consent. Only the manually reviewed dream_text field is reproduced; no participant identifiers or survey profiles are included. Source spelling, punctuation and complete narrative wording remain unchanged. English title and navigation themes are editorial additions. Dataset creators receive credit separately from the anonymous dreamer.
