Upright meaning
Judgement describes an honest review that makes a different response possible. Let what you have learned inform the next choice without treating your past as a permanent sentence.
Reversed meaning
Self-criticism may be drowning out the useful part of reflection, or a needed decision may be going unanswered. Name one specific responsibility you can meet instead of judging your whole self.
Read it in a spread
In Situation, ask where reckoning is visible now. In Tension, examine its limits or a competing need rather than treating the card as a negative verdict. In Next step, choose a small response using Judgement as a prompt. The position changes the question; it does not make the card a prediction.
A question to sit with
What honest evaluation could free you to respond differently now?
