FOUNDATIONS
Birth-time sensitivity
Birth time and place matter most for fast-changing chart structure, including Lagna and the houses built from it.
The idea in context
Lagna, Bhavas, and some fine-grained placements can change when the birth time or place changes.
MAKE IT CONCRETE
An example to picture
Two supported times on the same date may place Lagna in different Rashis even when several slower grahas keep their signs.
How to read it
Check the source confidence; when time is unknown, read displayed sign/pada possibilities and leave Lagna and bhavas unassigned.
A common misunderstanding
A precise-looking drawing or a guessed noon time cannot establish an accurate Ascendant.
BRING IT BACK TO YOUR LIFE
A question to sit with
Which conclusions should remain open until the input is better supported?

Fast-moving chart layers
Lagna is highly time and location sensitive. The Moon can also cross a degree, pada, nakshatra, or Rashi boundary within a meaningful uncertainty window.
Responsible reading
An approximate or unknown birth time should never be silently treated as exact. Time-sensitive interpretations must be qualified or withheld when the underlying factor is not stable.

Connect the ideas
Western and Vedic are distinct systems
A Vedic chart is not a Western chart with different sign labels; it uses its own zodiac reference, techniques, and vocabulary.
