The geometry
AC stands for Ascendant. In this map, a body’s AC curve is calculated from its sky position and the geometric horizon at each latitude. It is a conventional rising-side angular line. The model does not add atmospheric refraction, local terrain, observer elevation or topocentric parallax, so it is not an observational forecast of what someone could see.
The reading context
AC symbolism concerns self-presentation, embodiment and the way a person enters unfamiliar situations. Combine that context with the body’s theme.
